Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our Crocs, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on customized Crocs once an order has been placed.

🛠 Repair Policy

We stand by the quality of our work.
For up to one (1) year from the purchase date, stone and charm repairs are available under the following conditions:

• Repairs cover loose or detached stones and charms only

• Customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from our studio

• Proof of purchase is required

• Repairs do not cover damage caused by misuse, water exposure, excessive heat, or normal wear from rough use

• Customized Crocs are designed for fashion and light wear

• Not recommended for heavy activity or prolonged outdoor use

• Natural wear over time is expected and does not qualify as a defect

All Customized Crocs are made to order with detailed, hand-crafted designs.

• Processing Time: 2–3 weeks from the order date

• Shipping Time: Calculated at checkout after processing is complete

• Order Fulfillment: Each pair is created specifically for the customer
