Pretty Praise strives to deliver high-quality beauty and lifestyle products. Due to hygiene, customization, and limited stock:

 

 All sales are final.

 

However, we do replace items that arrive:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect

 

To request a replacement:

Contact prettypraiseboutique@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number

• Photos of the issue

• Description of the problem

 

If approved, a replacement or store credit may be issued.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much much more.
